About Global Urban Enterprise LLC

Global Urban Enterprise LLC was founded in 2013 by Albert Urban upon his retirement from a 27-year career with the Pennsylvania Army National Guard and completion of International Oil and Gas Projects abroad.   

Our organization recognizes strengths in teams and strong relationships with our business partners, subcontractors, owners, and owner representatives.  We emulate the fair and equitable business processes found in federal contracting and we strive to sustain exceptional safety and deliver quality in all we do for our customers. 

Our leaders are skillful planners who think ahead to define the project and its elements to deliver projects on schedule.  We embrace technology and use Procore to manage our projects. This PM software provides transparency with our own team and accountability for the various team subcontractors aligned with the project.  

Our team uses Trimble GPS/GIS for construction mapping of underground installations and for geolocation of the aboveground features.  Working hand in hand with our surveyor we can provide mapping capability at an as needed capability.  Mapping data is uploaded into ACAD which is available for as-build drawings.  

We invest in construction technology which will support our customers' goals.  Further, we invest in tools and equipment to support our workforce in their day-to-day operations to mitigate safety risks related to the manual operations in our trade.
